Intense and expressive aromas of white flowers, notes of citrus. One can immediately sense the minerality and freshness of this wine.
Its direct and delicate taste allow the prevalence of fresh citrus to culminate in a salient and salivating finale.
It is recommended to open the bottle 1 to 2 hours before tasting and to serve it at a temperature of around 10/12°.

The vines are planted on hills located in Sancerre, Saint Satur and Sury-en-Vaux.
Vinification
Fermentation is thermo-regulated and equally distributed with 50% of the production in wood tanks and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
Maturing
15 months in tanks.
Natural filtration by cold. A light deposit can be found at the bottom of the bottle.
